Delivery Information

Shipping Policy 

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location:
  • Metro cities: 2-4 days
  • Non-metro cities: 4-7 days
  • Remote locations: 7-10 days

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can also track your order directly on our website using the 'Track Order' feature.

Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

• We are providing returns only when the item was damaged or mismatched. In this case only we are providing the returns in other cases we are not providing any types of retunes.
• If in case product is damaged you have take unboxing video after deliverd the product without unboxing video we can't do anything 
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Certain products such as perishables, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive goods may not be eligible for returns.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team or initiate the return from your account.
2. Return Authorization: Receive authorization and instructions for returning the product.
3. Pickup or Drop-off: Arrange for pickup or drop-off of the product at a convenient location.
4. Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not support direct exchanges. You can return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
